End-to-End Encryption
Every message between you and Friday is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your conversations never travel in plaintext. We use industry-standard TLS 1.3 for all communications and AES-256 encryption for stored data.
We Never Sell Your Data
Your conversations, contacts, preferences, and behavioral data are yours. Period. We don't sell, share, or monetize your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Our business model is subscriptions — not surveillance.
Your Data Stays Yours
Each user gets an isolated workspace. Your memory, preferences, and conversation history are siloed from every other user. No cross-user data sharing. No pooled training. Your Friday is yours alone.
Full Transparency
Friday tells you what it remembers and why. You can ask it to show its memory, delete specific memories, or wipe everything. No hidden profiles. No shadow data. If Friday knows it, you can see it.
Context-Aware Privacy Boundaries
Friday understands relationships. It won't share work context with your family, personal details in group chats, or sensitive information with the wrong person. Privacy isn't just about encryption — it's about knowing when to stay silent.
Right to Delete — Instantly
Say "forget everything" and Friday wipes your data. No 30-day waiting periods, no hidden backups. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also selectively delete specific memories or conversation threads.

Common questions.
Can Friday read my other WhatsApp messages?
No. Friday only sees messages you send directly to it. It has zero access to your other chats, contacts, or media unless you explicitly share them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything before canceling. After cancellation, all your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours. No retention, no archives.
Do you use my conversations to train AI models?
Absolutely not. Your conversations are never used for training, fine-tuning, or improving any AI model. Your data exists solely to serve you.
Who can see my conversation history?
Only you. Our team cannot access your conversations without your explicit written permission (e.g., for debugging a specific issue you report). There are no admin backdoors.
Is my data stored in my country?
We offer regional data residency options. During onboarding, you can choose where your data is stored. We support multiple regions and are expanding.
What if there's a data breach?
Even in the worst case, all stored data is encrypted — a breach yields unusable ciphertext. We also maintain real-time monitoring, intrusion detection, and will notify affected users within 24 hours of any incident.
